In over 25 years in “mortgage world”, I’ve worked for a bank, a mortgage broker, and happily serving as a mortgage broker. At the end of the day…that means less hassle, lower rates, lower fees, and more money in your account after closing. Having dozens of lender options means we have a few that specialize in your kind of financing. They like your kind of file and are great at closing them.

About me? I've been married for over 30 years to Shelly. I am a proud “girl dad.” We have 3, one is a nurse-practitioner at Primary Children’s, one is in Hawaii taking flying lessons, and one plays soccer at North Carolina.
If I am not at work delivering my best service to a homebuyer, I am probably watching someone play soccer. We travel a lot to watch soccer! We love the beach, the lake and Disney.
